On 10/07/2026, a Lycoming County jury convicted Kyeim “Randy” Bradshaw on three counts of delivery of a controlled substance (fentanyl) and one count of possession with intent to deliver fentanyl and crack cocaine after a two-day trial prosecuted by ADA Lindsay Sweeley. The convictions stem from controlled fentanyl buys on 01/29/2024 and 01/31/2024 at Timberland Apartments unit 9L on Lycoming Street in Williamsport, a search warrant at that unit where Bradshaw was found with prerecorded money and fentanyl, and a third controlled buy on 02/26/2024 in which he was observed selling fentanyl to Olivia Ulmer and Steven Sanso; during a Williamsport Police traffic stop that evening Bradshaw gave Ulmer 44 bags of fentanyl and 8 bags of crack cocaine to conceal from officers. He currently has additional cases with the NEU; the matter was before Lycoming County Judge Ryan Gardner with bond set at $0.
