Lititz Borough police allege Kyle D. Schaeffer, 48, crashed a RAM 1500 into a house porch around 3:19 a.m. on Sept. 13. He was the sole occupant, appeared disoriented and was taken to UPMC for evaluation and a blood draw that reportedly showed a 0.233% BAC; he faces multiple DUI charges and a disregard-of-lane citation and has been summoned to District Court. Schaeffer is presumed innocent.
