Lancaster man charged with disorderly conduct, public drunkenness in Ephrata
Passenger in a traffic stop allegedly urinated in public and was found intoxicated; citations were filed days later.
The Ephrata Police Department charged Juan C Ramirez-Nunez, 34, of Lancaster, with Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness after he exited a vehicle during a traffic stop along SR0222 (Route 222) and urinated in public on June 22, 2026, at about 3:45 a.m. Officers determined he was under the influence of alcohol, and two non-traffic citations were filed through MDJ Landis' office on June 25, 2026. Ramirez-Nunez is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
