Lansdale Police Makes Mental Health Co-Responder Full-Time

The Lansdale Borough Police Department announced that Mental Health Co-Responder Alexis Moyer joined the department as a full-time employee on July 1, 2026. Moyer, with more than 20 years in social services and a sociology background, has worked with LPD since September 2023 through a partnership with Merakey Behavioral Health and provides real-time crisis intervention, de-escalation, follow-up care, and connections to local partner agencies.
