Larry Sieff, 72, charged after undercover probe alleges sale of heroin/fentanyl bricks
Undercover officers allege a Lower Burrell man sold multiple bricks of heroin/fentanyl and arranged a separate crack cocaine purchase; an arrest warrant is active.
An undercover investigation by North Huntingdon Township Police alleges 72-year-old Larry Sieff, living in an RV in Adamsburg, sold large quantities of heroin/fentanyl in Allegheny and Westmoreland counties. Authorities say Sieff arranged transactions in May and June — including 10 bricks for $1,500 and 20 bricks for $3,000 — and helped set up a separate gram-of-crack purchase; recovered narcotics will be sent for lab analysis and there is an active warrant for his arrest. These are accusations and Sieff is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
