Lebanon man charged with three DUI counts after THC found in blood

On June 6, 2026, at about 1:49 a.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police stopped a vehicle in the 900 block of Lancaster Road, Penn Township, and identified the driver as 28-year-old Quentin Alex Wohlgemuth of Lebanon. A DUI investigation and blood test that detected THC resulted in three DUI charges — 75-3802(D2) impaired driving (M), 75-3802(D1I) DUI Schedule 1 controlled substance (M), and 75-3802(D1III) DUI metabolite/non-prescribed substance (M1) — with the charges before MDJ Stauffer.
