During the evening hours of this year’s Fourth of July, the Lebanon City Police Department filed seventeen citations for unlawfully discharging fireworks within city limits. The department reminded the public that enforcement of the city’s fireworks ordinances will continue, noting that illegal fireworks pose risks of injury, property damage and neighborhood disruption.
