Lehigh Athletics Receives Tara VanDerveer Women-in-Coaching Grant
Lehigh University Athletics received a Tara VanDerveer Fund grant from the Women’s Sports Foundation to support early-career women coaches with living expenses, professional development and mentorship.
Lehigh University Athletics announced it has been awarded a Tara VanDerveer Fund for the Advancement of Women in Coaching grant by the Women’s Sports Foundation. The grants are given to institutions to support collegiate women coaches on the rise—helping cover living expenses and providing professional development and mentorship—and Lehigh is among this year’s recipients, with funds designated for women coaching fellows across a variety of sports.
