Lemuel Isaa Leon Febres cited for disorderly conduct, marijuana possession

On October 3, 2026 at approximately 1:17 a.m., Millersville Borough officers stopped a vehicle on the 100 block of Creek Dr. after observing blue interior lights and a thick haziness. They detected a strong smell of marijuana; the 21-year-old driver, Lemuel Isaa Leon Febres, was found with a zip-lock bag of marijuana and an ashtray containing numerous joints that were seized and tested. He was cited for disorderly conduct and possession of a small amount of marijuana.
