LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group Seeks Feedback by Oct. 15
Lafayette College LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group is asking employees who identify within the LGBTQIA+ umbrella to complete a brief survey by Oct. 15 to help shape the group's role and campus support.
The LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group is still defining itself and taking shape, but it’s been around for a few years. This survey is to gauge what employees of the College who identify within the LGBTQIA+ community would like out of this group and the campus itself. Please fill out this form by Oct. 15 and feel free to share with others who would benefit from it. Responses are collected by the ERG’s organizing members for planning purposes only.
The Lafayette LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group is a casual space for those who identify within the LGBTQIA+ umbrella and work at the College. The group meets to discuss challenges and experiences at the College while also (and mostly) gathering to build community and for enjoyment.
