Lititz Borough amends solicitation ordinance to allow denials based on criminal history

At its June 30, 2026 meeting, Lititz Borough Council approved an amendment to the borough's Solicitation Ordinance, which had last been updated in 1969. The revision adds provisions allowing a solicitation permit to be denied based on an applicant's prior criminal history.
