Lititz Borough Council Approves Amendment to Solicitation Ordinance

At its June 30, 2026 meeting, Lititz Borough Council approved an amendment to the borough's Solicitation Ordinance. The ordinance, last updated in 1969, was revised to add provisions allowing denial of a solicitation permit based on an applicant's prior criminal history record.
