Lititz man charged with simple assault after Front Street fight
Police say Miguel A. Gonzales-Rios punched another man during a fight on Front Street, leaving the victim with a fractured nasal bone; Gonzales-Rios was arrested and taken to Lancaster County Central Booking.
Miguel A. Gonzales-Rios, 30, of Lititz was charged with one count of simple assault (M2) and one count of harassment (summary) after an altercation on the 500 block of Front Street on Sept. 13, 2026. Police say Gonzales-Rios punched the victim multiple times, causing a fractured nasal bone; the victim lost consciousness and was hospitalized. Gonzales-Rios was taken into custody, transported to Lancaster County Central Booking for a preliminary arraignment, and is presumed innocent pending a scheduled preliminary hearing.
