Lochbuie Officer Recognized for Impaired Driving Enforcement

Impaired driving remains a leading cause of preventable crashes and fatalities. Over the past year, Officer Smith worked HVE grant-funded DUI shifts in addition to regular patrols, leading to the arrest of numerous impaired drivers—sometimes multiple arrests in a single shift—and helping improve safety in the Town of Lochbuie. His professionalism and initiative set a high standard for the department.
