Lock Haven man arrested for allegedly stealing four cans of alcohol
A 64-year-old Lock Haven man was charged with second-degree misdemeanor retail theft after allegedly taking four cans of alcohol worth $13.76 from a Woodward Township convenience store.
The Woodward Township Police Department arrested 64-year-old Ronald Dale Winkleman of Lock Haven after he allegedly entered Nittany Minit Mart on May 27, 2026, and stole four cans of alcohol valued at $13.76. Winkleman had two active warrants for prior retail thefts and one prior retail theft conviction; he was arraigned before MDJ Frank Mills on July 13, 2026, and released on $5,000 unsecured bail.
