Lower Makefield driver arrested after marijuana smell and bong found

At 9:47 a.m. Tuesday, Lower Makefield Township Police on patrol found a disabled vehicle at Big Oak Rd. & Oxford Valley Rd. Officers approached the 22-year-old male driver, who was standing outside the vehicle in the travel lane, smelled the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle and observed a glass bong in plain view in the center console; he was taken into custody for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
