Luis Alberto Cruz-Rodriguez Arrested on Cumberland County Bench Warrant After E-bike Stop
Stopped for running a red light on an e-bike, the 30-year-old was arrested on a Cumberland County bench warrant for DUI-drugs.
On July 10, 2026 at 1:12 p.m., police in Palmyra stopped an e-bike on the 900 block of East Main Street for failing to stop at a red light. The operator, 30-year-old Luis Alberto Cruz-Rodriguez, was found to have a bench warrant out of Cumberland County for DUI-Drugs and was arrested. He was transferred to the custody of the Cumberland County Sheriff's Department.
