On August 22, 2026, Susquehanna Regional Police officers responded to a traffic issue in the 1100 block of River Road in Marietta. During the stop, 30-year-old Luis M. Figueroa-Asencio was found to be operating a vehicle in violation of Pennsylvania Title 75 and was charged (case numbers include 185503A4, 751301A, 7513723, 751786F). All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
