On Aug. 22, 2026, Susquehanna Regional Police responded to a traffic issue in the 1100 block of River Road in Marietta and found an individual operating a vehicle in violation of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Statutes. Thirty-year-old Luis M. Figueroa‑Asencio was charged; he is described as a Hispanic male, 4'9", 160 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
