On July 1, 2026 at 7:16 PM, Lower Allen Township police were dispatched to New Enterprise, 205 Creek Rd, for active trespassers after two people were seen walking past multiple no-trespassing signs. Officers stopped the pair; one woman gave the name “Lus Hernandez” and repeatedly refused to correct it despite warnings. She was identified as 23-year-old Luz Baez-Batista (female, Hispanic, 5'5", 175 lbs), taken to Cumberland County Prison, and issued a summons charging False ID to Law Enforcement (18 §4914(A)) and Defiant Trespass (18 §3503(B)(1)(I)).
