Luz Baez-Batista charged after giving false name during trespass stop in Lower Allen Township
A 23-year-old woman was identified and charged after providing a false name while walking past no-trespassing signs at New Enterprise in Lower Allen Township.

Officers stopped the pair; one woman gave the name “Lus Hernandez” and repeatedly refused to correct it despite warnings.
