Luz Daniela Baez-Batista charged with false ID and defiant trespass in Lower Allen Township

On July 1, 2026 at 7:16 PM, Lower Allen Township police were dispatched to New Enterprise at 205 Creek Rd for active trespassers. Officers stopped two people; one provided the name "Lus Hernandez" despite warnings and was later identified as 23-year-old Luz Daniela Baez-Batista. She was taken to Cumberland County Prison and charged with 4914(A) false ID to law enforcement and 18 3503(B)(1)(I) defiant trespass; a summons was issued (LA-26-03304).
