A magnitude 3.3 earthquake hit Mammoth, Wyoming, on Thursday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The 7:20 a.m. quake was at a depth of 4 miles below the surface and was felt as far away as 30 miles, shaking some of the area along the Yellowstone River.
