Investigators say Unnewehr is connected to 21 separate theft incidents at Weis Markets dating to May 2026, involving over $500 in stolen merchandise; he was charged with one count of Retail Theft (M1) and the case was filed before Magisterial District Judge Mary Mongiovi Sponaugle.
