North Charleston police arrested 53-year-old Carlton Lamont Pringle after a knife-point robbery at the Cricket Wireless store in Evanston Shopping Plaza around 11:30 a.m. Officers obtained surveillance images, established a perimeter and deployed a K-9 to track the suspect to a residence on Olivia Drive, where a search uncovered evidence linking Pringle to the crime. He faces charges of armed robbery, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, and possession of methamphetamine.
