Man Arrested After Robbery at M&T Bank in Swatara Township
A 58-year-old man was arrested the evening of July 13 after allegedly passing a note and demanding cash at the M&T Bank on Derry Street.
Swatara Township Police responded to the M&T Bank at 4200 Derry Street on July 13, 2026, at 1:18 PM after an adult male passed a note to a teller and demanded cash, leaving on foot with an undisclosed amount. Harrisburg City Police located and took 58-year-old Ramon Sanchez, Jr. into custody near 15th and Regina Streets at about 7:30 PM; he was arraigned on one count of robbery and remanded to Dauphin County Prison in lieu of $250,000 bail. The Swatara Township Police Department thanked the Harrisburg Bureau of Police for their assistance.
