Man arrested for pepper-spraying phone user in Burbank movie theater
Investigators say a 34-year-old man allegedly deployed a paper spray at a Burbank theater after confronting a patron for using a cell phone during a film.
A man has been arrested after allegedly pepper-spraying a fellow moviegoer who was using a cell phone in a theater, according to police.
NBC reports Matthew Ware, 34, of Los Angles, California, is accused of deploying paper spray in a Burbank movie theater. Burbank Police Department investigators said he was upset with another patron who was using their phone during the movie and sprayed them.
