Jamell Ellis, 22, was wanted for a retail theft that occurred between May 14 and May 23, 2026, at the Target store at 2251 York Crossing Drive in York, where he allegedly stole $1,435.32 in merchandise. He was charged with one count of Retail Theft (F3); a warrant for his arrest was issued on July 7, 2026, and he was taken into custody on July 20, 2026. The case, CR-297-26, is being handled by the West Manchester Township Police Department.
