Man arrested on DUI after hit-and-run in Upper Southampton

Upper Southampton police say a 49-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after a hit-and-run on Willopenn Drive.

On June 26, 2026, Upper Southampton Township Police responded to the 700 block of Willopenn Drive for a reported hit-and-run. Officers located the striking vehicle a short distance away occupied by Andrew Johnson, 49, and determined he was under the influence of alcohol. Johnson was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and related offenses.
