Man Arrested on DUI Charges After Two-Vehicle Rollover in Upper Southampton
Upper Southampton police say a 49-year-old man was arrested after officers found him intoxicated at the scene of a two-vehicle rollover on Street Road.
On August 25, 2026 at 8:22 p.m., Upper Southampton Township Police responded to a two-vehicle rollover on the 100 block of Street Road and made contact with the driver of the striking vehicle, Dzmitry Samuilich, 49. Officers determined Samuilich was under the influence of alcohol; he was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and related offenses (case 73-26-07588). The incident occurred in Southampton, PA 18966 and was handled by the Upper Southampton Police Department.
