Tobias John-Allen Click, 29, of Susquehanna Township was charged with multiple counts including first-, second- and third-degree murder, burglary, kidnapping and false imprisonment after police say he shot and killed Ernesto Rodriguez inside an East Lampeter Township home and held Rodriguez’s current girlfriend and her four children hostage. The woman told police she and Rodriguez had received threatening social media messages believed to be from Click before he entered the residence, shot Rodriguez and threatened the family; surveillance footage reportedly shows Click entering through a downstairs living room. State police later located Click in Cumberland County after a vehicle pursuit; he apparently shot himself in the head and remains in custody at a Cumberland County hospital, condition unknown.
