Man charged with aggravated assault after stabbing at Tobacco King
A verbal dispute at a Tobacco King store in Springettsbury Township escalated into a stabbing; a suspect was arrested at the scene.
On September 26, 2026, at approximately 10:17 a.m., officers responded to an assault at Tobacco King, 3609 E Market St., where a verbal altercation between two known males led Chris Miller of York, PA to produce a knife and stab the victim in the torso. The victim suffered serious injuries and was transported to the hospital; Miller was taken into custody at the scene and charged with aggravated assault.
