Man Charged With Aggravated Assault After Tobacco King Stabbing
A verbal dispute at Tobacco King escalated into a stabbing; the suspect was arrested and the victim hospitalized.
On September 26, 2026, at approximately 10:17 a.m., officers responded to an assault at Tobacco King, 3609 E Market St., Springettsbury Township, after a verbal altercation between two men who knew one another. Chris Miller of York produced a knife and stabbed the victim in the torso; the victim suffered serious injuries and was transported to the hospital.
