Northern Lancaster County officers arrested 25-year-old Adam Michael Kurtz after responding to a reported DUI and finding a vehicle with two flat tires.

On July 19, 2026, at about 11:24 p.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police responded to a reported DUI in the 800 block of Pleasant View Road in Penn Township and found a vehicle with two flat tires. The driver, 25-year-old Adam Michael Kurtz of Manheim, displayed signs of impairment and provided a breath sample that showed a .174% BAC; officers filed two counts of DUI (general impairment and highest rate) before MDJ Stauffer.
