Northern Lancaster County Regional Police investigated a retail theft on May 24, 2026, at the Weis Grocery Store located at 75 Doe Run Road in Penn Township/Manheim. Officers identified 47-year-old Luis Miguel Puente-Arnao of Manheim as the suspect after $129.63 in items were taken and filed a summary retail theft non-traffic ticket before MDJ Stauffer.
