On May 18, 2026, Northern Lancaster County Regional Police investigated a graffiti/vandalism complaint at Sweetbriar Park, 6028 Bayberry Avenue in Penn Township. Officers identified Noah Lee Raifsnider, listed in the report as an 18-year-old from Manheim, as one of two suspects and charged him with one count of criminal mischief for approximately $300 in damage. The charges were forwarded to Magistrate Judge Stauffer.
