On May 18, 2026, Northern Lancaster County Regional Police investigated a graffiti/vandalism complaint at Sweetbriar Park, 6028 Bayberry Avenue in Penn Township. Officers identified 18-year-old Noah Lee Raifsnider of Manheim and charged him with one count of criminal mischief (18 ยง 3304(A)(4), M3) for approximately $300 in damage; the charges are before MDJ Stauffer.
