Manheim Township Police are investigating access device fraud after a victim reported on July 4, 2026, that a Home Depot credit account was used for unauthorized purchases: about $713 at the Home Depot in Lebanon on July 3, and two purchases at the Home Depot on Fruitville Pike in Lancaster City on July 2 ($937.44 at ~5:55 p.m.) and July 3 ($959.59 at ~4:00 p.m.). Officers released photos and ask anyone who recognizes the individual to contact Sgt. Barry E.
