Manheim woman charged after DUI stop finds cocaine metabolite

On June 16, 2026, at about 8:21 a.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police stopped a vehicle in the parking lot at 675 Lancaster Road in Penn Township and contacted the driver, identified as 54-year-old Heather Louise Peterman of Manheim.
