Manheim woman charged with DUI after East Petersburg crash
Manheim resident Meghan T. Woodham, 28, was charged with DUI after a crash on the 1500 block of State Street in East Petersburg on Aug. 10; she refused to provide a breath sample.
On August 10, 2026, at about 9:28 p.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police responded to a vehicle accident in the 1500 block of State Street, East Petersburg Borough. Officers identified 28-year-old Meghan Taylor Woodham of Manheim as one of the drivers, detected the odor of alcohol, and began a DUI investigation; she refused to submit a breath sample. Woodham was charged with DUI and criminal charges were filed before MDJ Chudzik; PennDOT may impose additional civil sanctions due to her refusal.
