Manheim woman charged with DUI after Lancaster Road traffic stop

On July 14, 2026 at about 7:37 a.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police stopped a vehicle in the 700 block of Lancaster Road in Penn Township and identified the driver as 48-year-old Jennifer Lynn Clark of Manheim. Officers found the vehicle registration was suspended, observed signs of impairment and initiated a DUI investigation; Clark refused to submit to a blood test after being read the PA DL-26 form. One count of DUI (75-3802(D2)) and a summary violation for suspended vehicle registration (75-1371(A)) were filed before MDJ Stauffer, and PennDOT may impose additional sanctions for refusing testing.
