Manheim woman charged with DUI after Penn Township traffic stop

On July 14, 2026 at about 7:37 a.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police stopped a vehicle on the 700 block of Lancaster Road in Penn Township after a registration check showed it was suspended. The driver, 48-year-old Jennifer Lynn Clark of Manheim, displayed signs of impairment and refused to submit to a blood test after being read the PA DL-26 form; she was charged with one count of DUI (75-3802(D2)) and a summary violation for suspended registration (75-1371(A)), with the case filed before MDJ Stauffer. Additional PennDOT sanctions may apply for refusing testing.
