On June 20, 2026, around 10:49 p.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police conducting a traffic detail in the 700 block of Lancaster Road, Penn Township, stopped a vehicle and identified the driver as 24-year-old Marelyn Janelle Raudales of Marietta, PA. Officers observed signs of impairment, opened a DUI investigation and filed three counts of DUI (75-3802(D2), 75-3802(D1I), 75-3802(D1III)) plus a summary vehicle code violation before MDJ Stauffer.
