Marietta woman charged with three counts of DUI after Penn Township traffic stop

On June 20, 2026, at about 10:49 p.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police stopped a vehicle in the 700 block of Lancaster Road, Penn Township, for a traffic infraction and identified the driver as 24-year-old Marelyn Janelle Raudales of Marietta, PA. Officers observed signs of impairment, opened a DUI investigation, and filed three misdemeanor DUI counts — 75-3802(D2) impaired driving, 75-3802(D1I) DUI Schedule I controlled substance, 75-3802(D1III) DUI metabolite/non-prescribed substance — plus a summary vehicle code violation before Magisterial District Judge Stauffer.
