Marina Monogarova arrested on DUI, obstruction and light-violation charges in Nazareth
Nazareth police stopped a vehicle with defective rear lights on July 19 and arrested the driver, Marina Monogarova, on suspected DUI and related charges.
On July 19, 2026, at about 11:46 PM, Nazareth Police stopped a vehicle on Easton Road and South Green Street after noticing non-functioning rear lights. Officers suspected the driver was impaired, administered field sobriety tests, and arrested 40-year-old Marina Monogarova on charges including driving under the influence (3802 A1), obstructing administration of law enforcement (5101), and failure to display required lighted lamps (4302). She was transported to the Bethlehem DUI Center for further processing.
