Mark Allen Schlacter charged with harassment in Columbia

On Sept. 11, 2026 at approximately 8:50 p.m., Columbia Borough Police allege that 59-year-old Mark Allen Schlacter of Columbia committed the act of harassment in the 300 block of Locust Street. An officer filed charges (CB-26-04466/2609014753); Schlacter is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
