Palmer Township Police arrested 32-year-old Marquis Donald Baker on August 17, 2026, on an active warrant charging him with one count of felony retail theft for allegedly stealing Milwaukee power tools and accessories valued at $1,038.52 from the Home Depot at 721 S. 25th Street on April 12, 2026. The warrant was issued July 22, 2026 (MDJ-03-2-09 Hutnik), docket MJ-03209-CR-0000105-2026; Baker was arraigned by Magisterial District Justice Hutnik and committed to the Northampton County Prison on $5,000 bail.
