Marshall Holman reflects on a long, successful bowling career
Former PBA star Marshall Holman, who won 22 titles including four majors, now favors biking and a quieter target practice over life on the pro tour.
Nowadays, Marshall Holman’s preferred mode of transportation consists of two wheels. And he finds solace aiming at one pin that reaches skyward from a thicket of well-manicured grass, rather than a set of 10 pins 60 feet away.
It’s a far cry from his days as a teenager thrust into the limelight while crisscrossing the nation, scratching out a career in bowling. But Holman fondly looks back on those days and carries little regret about how it all turned out.
