Mateo Joseph Ianelli Surrenders After Break-ins at Lower Moreland Construction Sites
Lower Moreland detectives identified 28-year-old Mateo Joseph Ianelli in a series of break-ins at homes under construction; he turned himself in June 11, 2026 and faces multiple burglary, theft, trespass and related charges.
During the week of June 22–28, 2025, multiple homeowners reported break-ins at properties still under construction in Lower Moreland Township. Detectives identified 28-year-old Mateo Joseph Ianelli as a suspect, an arrest warrant was issued, and Ianelli surrendered to police on June 11, 2026. He is charged in case 2025-10709 with multiple counts including three counts of 3502 A4 burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, criminal trespass, theft, receiving stolen property and loitering and prowling at night.
