Detectives identified Ianelli, an arrest warrant was issued, and he turned himself in on June 11, 2026; booking shows $0. He faces counts including (3) counts of 3502 A4 burglary – building without overnight accommodation, (1) count of 3502 A4 conspiracy (burglary), (3) counts of 3502 A1II criminal trespass – break into structure, (2) counts of 3921 A theft by unlawful taking, (1) count of 3921 A attempt-theft, (2) counts of 3925 A receiving stolen property, and (3) counts of 5506 loitering and prowling at night time. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
