Matthew Droesch cited for defiant trespass at Nazareth skate park

On July 11, 2026, at 9:56 p.m., Nazareth Borough Police on patrol observed two males inside the locked skate park at Borough Park on North Broad Street. Officers unlocked the gate, contacted the individuals, identified one as 24-year-old Matthew Droesch (white male, 5'6", 150 lbs), issued citations for 3503(B)(1)(I) Defiant Trespass, and released them. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
